What services do you offer?

Personal care such as bathing, toileting, friendly conversation, reading, games, personalized activities, light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, laundry, light yardwork, organizing & decluttering), meal preparation and dining assistance, medication reminders and wellness check-ins, pet care (walks, feeding, playtime), small errands (mail, light grocery pickup), non-emergency transportation to appointments/social outings/shopping, gentle exercise encouragement, short walks and out-of-town travel companion. We also offer concierge services (non-companion) for busy homeowners.

How flexible are your packages?

No rigid blocks here. We make it simple and custom for every family. Please refer to our health aid services section or contact us for more information on senior and disabled adult services.

Do you offer medical services?

No, Companion Crew provides non-medical companionship services for seniors and disabled adults only. We focus on emotional support, social engagement, light household assistance, pet care, errands, and transportation—not nursing, wound care or medical treatments. All health aides are CPR-trained for peace of mind, but we are not a healthcare provider. For medical needs, we recommend licensed home health agencies.

Do you serve all of Mississippi?

We currently offer senior, disability and busy homeowners concierge in-home care services in Gulfport, Biloxi, Pass Christian, Ocean Springs, D'Iberville, Hattiesburg, Purvis and surrounding cities. New territories coming soon!

Which steps do you take to ensure safety?

Your family's safety is our priority. Our certified home health aides undergo rigorous background checks and interview processes and we regularly monitor procedures to ensure the highest standards of safety.
